WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye is a six-year-old rye whiskey made with 100% rye. It is matured in American oak barrels for six years before being bottled at 96.56 proof. The whiskey has aromas of cinnamon, black pepper, grapefruit and tangerine. The palate is powerfully spicy with cocoa, cardamom and cured leather flavors. The finish is of baking spices, oak, and vanilla.
