RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Per California law, alcohol returns may only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption. Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item, contact us within 24-hours of receiving your product to request a return, but only if it meets the aforementioned California rules. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Fulfillment Policy
Orders unable to be fulfilled due to customer fault, such as failing to receive the product upon arrival of our driver at your address will be subject to a $10 non-refundable delivery fee.
If the receiver's contact details don't match the order, we'll require a photo of their ID, and a signature is always required upon delivery.
Moreover, it's against the regulations of California law for retailers to engage in the selling or buying of alcohol from other retailers. Consequently, Crafted Selections will consciously refrain from processing orders or facilitating the delivery of alcohol from those who hold an alcohol retail license.
If you are unable to provide state-issued identification that proves you are 21 or older when we deliver, your order will be canceled. We will refund the product cost, but not the delivery fee alongside a 25% restocking fee, and we will not deliver to your address in the future.
Email us at support@craftedselections.com to ask for a refund with the product cost including tax, or to arrange another delivery.
Damaged Orders
After the customer picks up or takes delivery of the product, they are fully responsible for any damage that may occur.
